Return Policy

All returns must be approved in advance by contacting our customer services at 1-800-647-7745. A Return Authorization Number must be included in the return. Merchandise should be inspected prior to any decorating or alteration of items. Merchandise that has been embroidered, screen printed or otherwise altered cannot be returned.

Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

In the event a merchandise exchange cannot be achieved, a refund for the merchandise amount, less restocking fee, will be issued.
