How do I order?
You may place your order online using our online store. Call us toll-free at 800-647-7745. Our toll-free number is staffed from 8:30AM until 7:00PM ET Monday thru Friday, except New Year's Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the Friday following Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Fax your order to 276-935-4970. Fax ordering is available 24 hours a day. Place your order by 4:00PM ET for same-day shipping from our warehouse.
May I order only one jacket?
Order one jacket or one thousand jackets...no order is too small or too large for Cardinal™. While some competitors require a minimum quantity or dollar amount, Cardinal™ does not penalize customers for small orders.
What are the size ranges of the items Cardinal™ sells?
We import from several different countries and maintain strict guidelines to provide top quality merchandise. Cardinal™ jackets are manufactured to our specifications. Cardinal™ provides true and full size cuts on our jackets. Available sizes are listed with each jacket style. Generally, adult sizes range from S (small) to 3XL, while youth sizes range from S (small) to L (large). Please note that Adult 4XL and 5XL sizes only are available in Style 321 in select colors. Youth sizes are equivalent to youth shirt sizes.

What is the outer fabric of your jackets? What is the fabric of your wind shirt and the Hanes™ knit shirts and sweatshirts?
Our nylon windbreaker jackets are 100% nylon taffeta, and our satin baseball jackets are 100% nylon satin. The Style 480 wind shirt outer shell is 100% polyester micro-twill. The Style 223 Hanes™ adult knit shirt is 7 oz. 60% ring-spun cotton/40% polyester piqué. The Style 223Y Hanes™ youth knit shirt is 7 oz. 50/50 cotton/polyester piqué. The styles 224 and 224Y Hanes™ adult and youth sweatshirts are 7.8 oz. cotton/polyester fleece.
Can Cardinal™ jackets be decorated?
Our customers have enjoyed success in many techniques, including embossing, embroidery, applique, silk screening and transfer. Please check with the supplier of your decorating process for instructions and/or advice.
Do you accept international orders?
Yes! Cardinal™ accepts international orders and ships worldwide. All orders are payable in US Dollars only. Please remember that Cardinal™ reserves the right to refuse any order. Customers are responsible for all customs and duties fees.
How do you ship?
Cardinal™ uses the major carriers - UPS, Fed Ex and US Postal Service. We can ship by any means these carriers allow.
When will my order ship?
Typically, if your order is received by 4:00 PM ET, it will ship the same day barring unforeseen circumstances. Orders received after 4:00 PM ET or on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day.
If you choose to ship via FedEx Air, orders must be received no later than 11:00 AM ET for same day shipping.
If you choose to ship via USPS Priority Mail, orders must be received no later than 2:30 PM ET for same day shipping
If you choose to ship via USPS Express Mail, your order must be received no later than 11:00 AM for same-day shipping.
Orders paid via wire transfer will ship once funds are received.
Are shipping and handling charges included in the price of the items?
No, shipping and handling charges are added at the time orders are processed and are the responsibility of the purchaser. All orders are assessed handling charges.
NOTE: Due to changes made by FedEx, ALL orders shipped via FedEx will incur an additional handling charge of $4.00 per box.
What credit/debit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover
Please Note: Cardinal reserves the right to request payment via wire transfer on any domestic or international order. Orders paid via wire transfer will ship once funds are received.
How do I track my order?
Visit the Order Tracking menu link above and enter the tracking number provided. If you need to track an order shipped via FedEx, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 800-647-7745. Please provide your name and order number when requesting tracking information for FedEx shipments.
Can I edit my online order once it is saved?
No. If you need to change your online order once it has been placed, please send an email to email@example.com detailing the change required. If the change pertains to payment information, please call 800-647-7745. Do not send sensitive information via email.
What if I have to return an item?
If you need to return an item, please contact our customer service reps at 800-647-7745 for authorization and instructions. Please note: items that have been decorated or altered/damaged cannot be returned. Check your order before decorating or altering items.
Does Cardinal™ sell anything other than jackets?
Yes, Cardinal™ also sells Micro-Twill Windshirts, Knitshirts by Hanes™ and Sweatshirts by Hanes™, which are available in a variety of colors in both adult and youth sizes.
What should I do if I am having problems viewing/using this website?

What if there are typographical errors on your website’s prices?
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or omission, you will be notified of such error(s). Cardinal Activewear shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product(s) listed at the incorrect price
These conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether Cardinal Activewear signs them or not.
